2026 New Policies

New pricing (effective May 1, 2026)
Our updated 2026 pricing is starting at the listed rates.
Please review pricing carefully before booking. Dogs requiring intensive care, additional supervision, medical support, or special accommodations may be subject to increased pricing to ensure they receive the best possible care.

  1. New office hours
Office hours for returning phone calls, text messages, and emails are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. This helps us stay present with the dogs while also responding to humans in a timely way.

  2. Daily updates policy
You’ll receive one update each day letting you know how your dog is settling in. Additional photo and video updates will be shared as time allows. You can also catch pack updates on our social media. I love photographing dogs, so you’ll likely receive more than one update, but one daily update is guaranteed.

  3. New pick-up and drop-off times
    Pick-up and drop-off times are
7:00–10:00 AM and 4:00–6:00 PM. Half-day fees may apply depending on drop-off time. If you need something outside of these hours, please reach out. Having set pick-up and drop-off windows helps reduce interruptions and stress, allowing dogs to settle more comfortably into their boarding routine.

  4. Required review of Welcome Packet & updated contracts
Before booking a stay at Libby’s Dog Boarding, all clients are required to review the Welcome Packet, including all updated policies and contracts. This ensures everyone is on the same page and helps us provide safe, consistent, and high-quality care for every dog. Booking a stay confirms your understanding and agreement with these materials.
